MODERN FACILITIES
Our facilities are designed to support a wide range of powder coating projects, with two powder booths, two box ovens with a capacity of up to 7 metres by 2.5 metres with track systems, and a shot blasting room. Pre-treatment processes include shot blasting, etch priming, degreasing, and phosphate washing to guarantee a flawless finish. Over 100 stock colours in BS and RAL ranges are available to meet any specification. By investing in modern equipment and continuous staff training, our team ensures efficient and high-quality coatings. FAST & FLEXIBLE SERVICE
Handling both small one-off orders and large-scale projects is made easy with our two separate powder plants capable of powder coating items up to 7m long and over 1,000kg. Our commercial clients benefit from free transport and rapid turnaround, often within 48 hours, with same-day service available. We have a large dropside van with a big capacity that is ideal for transportation. With extensive industry experience, a focus on reliability, and dedication to high-quality finishes, we deliver results that last.
